Pre-Cat Lacquer utilizes new technology to the polymer manufacturing process. The novel process produces a smaller and smoother polymer particle, which translates into a big increase in film clarity. In addition the Chemical & Water Resistance and Yellowing Resistance are superior to competitors, water borne or solvent.
- Spray on application only
- Recommended HVLP atomizing sets: .043 -.051 tip and nozzle, medium sized air cap
- VOC < 200 g/l excluding water
- Dry: 5 - 10 minutes tack free
- Sand: 30 - 45 minutes
- Recoat: 1 hour
- Coverage: 400 sq. ft/gal
